A8230

Immunoblotting
Cell lysates were separated on SDS-PAGE, blotted with Anti-Axin 1 (Cat. No. A8230), and developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-Peroxidase (Cat. No. A0545) and a chemiluminescent substrate. Antibody dilution 1:1,000. (Lane 1) HEK293 cells transfected with mouse FLAG-axin1 (10 μg cell lysate); (Lane 2) HEK293 cells transfected with mouse FLAG-axin1 (5 μg cell lysate); (Lane 3) HEK293 cells transfected with mouse FLAG-axin1 (10 μg cell lysate), antibody dilution 1:4,000 + Inhibition with AMPKa (human 2-19) immunizing peptide (20 μg/mL); (Lane 4) HEK293 cells (untransfected).
